"I just want everyone to know that I did not have a good experience with Dalton Koponen. He started out very nice , calling me every day and sending emails. I had previously been with Progressive for over 20 yrs. I got renters insurance with State Farm back in July and that when he started giving me quotes and saying that the rates were better with State Farm. After speaking with him several times and him assuring that my rates would not change unless the taxes would change. So I decided to get the insurance on both of my cars. So he told me that if I got became my insurance would be even cheaper. So he then told me that I would get it in the mail but I never received it and I called the office two different times and both times they said they would put it in the mail but I never received it. I had to go to the office five and pick it up. Later I was charged for not activating it . I called the office about the charge and Dalton and his supervisor Christana Markel were very rude and disrespectful. I will be trying a different office. I think people should always be kind to there customers."

At our agency, we strive to provide clear communication and courteous service to all our customers. Regarding the Drive Safe & Save program, please understand that activation of the program is a step that customers must complete themselves within the required timeframe to maintain eligibility for the discount. Our records show that this requirement was communicated multiple times prior to the removal of your discount by both Dalton and our office manager Kristiana. During your recommended visit to our office on 2/27 to pick up the beacons, we reiterated the urgency of setting up the program promptly which still did not get done within the timeframe allowed . Since it didn't get set up by that deadline, the company had no choice but to remove the discount from your policy. We regret any misunderstanding or frustration this situation has caused. It was never our intention to be rude or disrespectful, and we take your feedback seriously as we continually strive to improve our service. Dalton and Kristiana have a track record for many years now of treating our customers with kindness and the utmost respect which is why they are both in leadership positions at our Agencies. It certainly was not their intention to make you feel disrespected in any way. If you would like to discuss this further or if there is anything we can do to assist you, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
